The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no forms, so there is nothing for it to collect about you and it does not try to.

What happens when you use the calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The dates and amounts you enter are never sent anywhere: the price index for the country you pick is downloaded to your device and the arithmetic happens there.

The two other parties involved

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which serves the pages and keeps access logs including IP addresses, as any web host does, for delivery and security.

Flag images are loaded from jsDelivr, a public content delivery network, because Windows has no flag glyphs of its own. Requesting an image from jsDelivr reveals your IP address to jsDelivr in the same way as any other request to any other site.

On the home page only, the site reads the country Cloudflare has already worked out from your IP address, and uses it to point the calculator button at your own country's page. That happens in your browser, is not recorded, and nothing is stored either way.

If that changes

If advertising or analytics are ever added, this page will say so before they appear, and will name what they collect. It is dated by the commit that last changed it, which is public.
